We do not host, distribute, or store third-party video content on behalf of users, except when a paid user explicitly uploads a file to their personal cloud storage through our platform.

3. Your Responsibility for Content

This is the most important section of these terms. By using this service, you explicitly agree that:

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Free trials are available for new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable plan rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these terms, particularly the content responsibility obligations in Section 3. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular video will be downloadable at any given time, as third-party platforms may change their technical configurations at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to any issues arising from the downloading or use of third-party content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
